This headset is really amazing for the price. While some people have been a bit suspicious of the sound software, I must say downloading it was not dodgy at all and the software is great as it allows you to customize your experience the way you want it. For a headset of this price I did not think I would get this much quality. A big surprise was the great customer service they have, I had an issue with the first headset that I ordered and immediately they responded and instead of telling me to do things that wouldnt actually fix it, they quickly send me another one the next day. Pros: + Very good sound quality + Software is easy to download and install + Allows for lots of sound customization and setting up the surround sound through software + One of the best Customer Service I have seen, very quick response and they actually care + Headset looks very good with the RGB + Noise cancellation makes sure you are always immersed + The sound card allows you to easily control the RGB, volume and mic + Mic sounds good and cancels out surrounding sound, not too sensitive That being said I want to add a small problem that I can feel sometimes. Con: - The headset can feel heavy for some and uncomfortable for long gaming Altogether I must say this is a great headset and if you like to use a computer then and want to be immersed then this is a great choice for the price

I, like many others, needed a pair of headphones while working from home. These arrived very quickly and initially I was a bit taken aback at how heavy and chunky they are. But they are very comfortable to wear with a padded headband and ears. Worked right out the box, clear sound and speech and the noise cancelling isn't bad given they block out the radio I have on in the background most days. I've used them with my games console as well and just as good. The only thing I would say is that I've had mine a couple of weeks now and it appears the price has gone up a bit since then due to demand. Happy with the product though.

Bought these in 2019 and they gave up the ghost in 2025, so had 6 years of daily use from them. They are well made and were a great price (under £25). The sound quality was good and the microphone picked up my voice clearly. The volume control on the wire was easily accessible and very useful for adjusting the volume in and out and also for muting when needed. The connection wire could have been a little longer, but didn't really cause an issue. The headphones were very easy to sync and connect to the computer and I never had any issues. The headphones eventually broke apart in 2025 and the faux leather on the ear pieces started to disintegrate. However, for the price and the quality, I thought these were a great set of headphones.

A great step up from my old Gamescom headset. Very comfortable to wear for extended sessions, and people (even in general business meetings on Zoom) have told me the mic quality is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for gaming. At default settings, they're a bit too bassy with a sludgy midrange for music (predominantly rock and metal here), but messing with the EQ settings might resolve that. Out of the box, my studio reference phones are much more suitable for music sessions so I just swap them over. I still need to get used to the audio representation in terms of positional audio (knowing when someone is creeping up behind you in Modern Warfare, for example), but the Xiberia works very well in Hunt: Showdown (keep the volume down a touch or you'll crap your pants every time you set off a flock of birds!). The quirks of Rainbow Six Siege's audio system is a tough one to crack inside these cans, though. Still, I assume that's more to do with my own senses and not exactly the headset (as it's much the same with the 7.1 function turned on or off). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're on a budget and don't want to hit the higher echelons of the HyperX Cloud etc.

I got these are a replacement for my son, who uses a PS4 and a PC. It works well on both although uses up 1 USB slot on the PS4, so if you're charging controllers and using an external USB drive, it can make it tricky. The fit ins nice even on our differing headsizes and the cable is long enough for us. The inline controller I like as this makes it easy to mute and change the mic/speaker volume. I personally found the sound good for the price as it is better than the £40+ Turtle beach ones we already have. I use it on PC games and my hearing is not going to be the best but the bass is good and the virtual surround sound is great. These are a budget price, but much better than I thought. We've only used them for the last 2 weeks but very happy with the purchase so far. I might get my own pair as the cups fit very well over my dumbo ears and cancel out sounds well.

I got this headset because my old one broke, I was nervous about what it would be like at first but then when it came and I tried it out, I was super impressed. The rainbow light at each side of the headphone was super cool and nice to look at (even though most of the times you won’t be looking at it, it’s still make it look better), the noice cancellation was great- I couldn’t hear my screaming brother next door to my room! It’s comfy to wear, the button that’s attached to it (turn vol down, mute button, voice vol) it works well and overall this is one of the best headsets I’ve ever purchased. (For PS4 players, it connects to your ps4 console and not the controller, the cable is very long so it will reach wherever you’re sitting unless you’re sitting miles away from your screen! :/ but who sits miles away from their tv screen anyways?! 😄

Have now bought 2 pairs for my son as he loved them and as he is Autistic he hates change Comfortable for his sensory issues and he says the sound quality is amazing from them. Unfortunately they keep breaking at the same connection point. The lead keeps fraying and this is the 2nd pair in just over a year. Im afraid that’s his last as I can’t afford to keep replacing them. Disappointing as he really likes them.

Almost plug and play, had to fiddle a bit with my sound settings to enable hearing voice feedback and manually set it as main from previous settings, but thats no issue with the headphones more of a part of any sound setup. Pleasantly surprised the sound is louder than my Seinhaussers of similar price range, there is both a mic, and a cable which i prefer, and it has both mic and speaker controls on that! Mic is very sensitive and had to turn it down as I could hear someone in the next room louder through my headphones than i could directly. Comfy enough but havent worn for extended period yet to give proper feedback on that. Love it, might get a spare for this price.

Sehr gutes Headset. Für diesen Preis auf jedenfall Top. Im Gaming auch sehr gut man hört alles sehr gut was man hören muss. Passt sich super denn Kopf an und durch die laut und leise Regler für Mikrofon und Lautstärke wird es keine Kommunikationsprobleme mehr geben.

Je vous recommandé ce casque il est agréable enveloppe entièrement l'oreille le seul point négatif que je pourrais ajouter et le petit boîtier permettant de régler le son qui est en plastique et ne me semble pas très solide à long terme sinon qualité micro c'est très bien pour le son des jeux de type FPS aussi je suis très satisfait pour ce produit et je vous le recommande si vous avez des questions pour quoi que ce soit n'hésitez pas bonne semaine à vous

Après quelques mois d'utilisation je suis très content. Qualité est top. Juste il est un peu lourd.
