Not working after 4 times used which has ruined the fun as it’s everything s child would like

A little disappointing in range finding. Buried £5 worth of coins and he only found 20p!!!

I purchased this for my 6 year old for Christmas so it hasn’t been used yet, but from what I have seen it looks sturdy, easy enough to operate, plus it is lightweight for him to carry which was very important to me. It was also a great price. I will update the review when we get going with it after Christmas!

Such a disappointment! Our 12 year old had this as a present. Unless you walk at a snail's pace, holding it near enough on the ground, in the same spot for ages it's useless. Practice in the garden with a fork, a peg and a piece of wire it took ages to find the smaller items and only beeped if held above it exactly. Very slow, not accurate and comes with a warning stating it may not pick up eroded or rusted items?!Which is basically what you're looking for!

I bought one that kept beeping so I message the seller and I had a response one the same day with an offer of a replacement which will be tested in the warehouse, very happy with the speedy solution to my issue.Thank you my daught is very happy and looking forward to getting her replacement and going the beach 😊.

The sensor strength is on a dial however half way up it constantly beeps as I'm guessing it picks up the metal components inside the detector so there is very little variance to the settings

This was a present for my 8 year old son, he loves it. It is easy to use, it's light, and most importantly it works.

Our granddaughters found lost coins on their first sweep of a park.

We bought this for our 10 year old son for Christmas. He loved it, but we live in Maine so he wasn't really able to use it till spring cause of snow on the ground. Well this April it started acting weird and was overly sensitive to things and would beep even if pointed towards the sky!. We were bummed because he barely got to use it. It was difficult tracking down someone to talk to (Call centers are shut down a but during covid), but they emailed back and shipped us a new one free of charge. They were very easy to work with and very fast. This new one has been great and seems to be even better than the first one. I would recommend.

Unser Sohn 6 Jahre hat den Detektor zu Weihnachten bekommen.Wir haben ihn jetzt mehrfach ausprobiert und schon einiges gefunden. Von 2 Euro, Bierdeckel, Dosen, Stangen, Haarklemmen bis hin zu Klammern...Für Kinder ein guter Detektor, der nicht all zu teuer ist.
