Can the display be set to bpm instead of ms?

I think so but I’m not 100% sure. I use the tap function. You can download the manual on the Boss website to find out for sure.

Can you use an expression pedal to control the warp feature?

Yes. It has an expression pedal input

When you bypass the pedal, do the repeats get cut off or are they allowed to decay naturally?

Both, there is a “carry over” parameter you can turn off or on per preset it’s called Cry in the menu. You just have to hit save when you are done making the change on the pedal.
