I didn't want to buy some expensive weight set for my umbrella so I started to look at options. I found this bag and all it needed was sand, which I already had a couple bags in my garage. Just took a few minutes to pour it in and the place on the base. I was able to fit 2 full bags of sand, each weighing 60 pounds, so the full bag weighs 120 pounds. Highly recommend this product. A lot less expensive than other products out there.

Works perfectly

This is a great product and works well for adding weight to an umbrella base but if using sand be prepared as it will get stuck in the zipper and leak out through gaps in the canvas material and zipper pulls. I ended up removing the sand due to this problem and refilled with pea gravel. Recommend adding a sealant/coating lining to the interior to reduce fill material leakage and water penetration. Adding a flap of additional canvas material to line and cover the inner portion the zipper to prevent leakage and damage to the zipper teeth. Also recommend adding a Velcro style fastening system to the exterior flap around the zipper to ensure the zipper is covered/protected from the elements and further reduce material leakage especially for those who use sand.

Arrived on time as described. I got this for an off set umbrella. Easy to fill. I filled it where I wanted it since I knew it would be awkward to move once filled. My new umbrella and stand are fairly heavy so I purchased a round one I plan on stacking on top of this one for extra stability. This is made with quality, durable material that I expect it'll out last the umbrella. On point price wise. Highly recommend!

These are fantastic. I have only had them in use for about two weeks but the first strong wind we had the umbrellas stayed upright and not in the pool. I have been satisfied so far. They are well made sturdy and easy to fill with sand. They are easy to put around the umbrella. I have three umbrellas and I now have three rhino base weights. Best of all they have a lifetime warranty.

Easy to use, great quality and value for the money. We put rocks in ours and kept the umbrella in place on those windy summer days. Held up in all weather elements.

Weighs down our umbrella well. The only issue we have is that the sand tends to come out of the bottom and gets everywhere on the bottom making a mess.

Seems pretty sturdy so far and withstood a few days rain. Rather than sand we got 2 46# bags of “pea stones” and used that. Yay! no sandy leaks on the deck. It was very easy to fill too, since the top unzips almost all the way. It sits in the center of the (10’) umbrella stand tho, leaving the ends of the cross part untethered and it nearly tipped over in the wind. We added the 4 16” pavers you see under the bag. Seems way more stable and looks fine. If it stays this nice thru the season I’ll update to 5 stars all around.

Top quality item with Warranty. I would say needs 10kg of Sand to proper fill this up and make it heavy. Does a really good job on our Parasol and really is great value for money. Easy to put together and a great counter weight.
