These are the first bamboo toothbrushes I have tried and I'm very pleased with them. I don't know the exact criteria for soft or firm bristles. I used stiffer and softer ones over the years and these are perfect. Used one a few times daily now for almost two months and it still looks almost unused. These will last much longer than what I'm used to in a toothbrush. There is a slight perhaps rough feeling to the bamboo. I've read reviews about various bamboo toothbrushes, complaining about splinters or being so rough to cause bleeding. This is nothing at all like that. It's just that the bamboo might be ever so less smooth than a typical plastic toothbrush. I will definitely be purchasing bamboo toothbrushes in the future. The bamboo case works very well too. The cap was very tight, but after using it for a few days it's now snug fitting and perfectly fine. Definitely would recommend this set.

The brushes are fantastic (sorry, forgot to take a photo of all the 4 brushes). They are very soft and nice. The scraper is very handy and does its work very well. The travel case is just wonderful!!! The floss is also very good, but my teeth are very close to each other, so this one is a bit wide for my teeth, but I still use it.

It is worth buying, it is very useful and comfortable for traveling, it also helps the environment. The only thing is that the bristles of the brush are not that soft.

If you want to eliminate plastics in your life, buy it!I'm so happy to have changed to these brushes that help the environment, it is very comfortable to wash with these brushes they are soft and I feel my teeth very clean, my husband always wants hard bristles but with these he is very happy.

Was really blown away by this set for the price.Great quality and great theme that goes well with the bamboo toothbrushes and I can throw all my other dental hygiene stuff in the bag.If I'm travelling I just grab the whole bag and I'm set.

I chose this over a very similar product that was less expensive because this came with the tooth floss and tongue scraper. But when it arrived it didn't include either, so I could have paid less to get pretty much the same thing.

I specifically chose bamboo brushes because I'm trying harder to be more sustainable on our increasingly harmed planet.These brushes have just the right amount of give without being too soft or rough, an important issue with $10k of dental work in my mouth. And I figured the bit of charcoal on the bristles couldn't hurt!And I really like having a full cover travel case that's also enviro friendly. It gets stashed in my purse or overniter quite often.

Incomplete order: I received 4 toothbrushes and a broken case. The Tongue Scraper Cleaner and the Dental Floss were missing. I meant this as a traveling kit for a family member... Very disappointing!
