Great for adding a red colour to curry's, chilli's.
An interesting spice/colouring agent. Has a slight citrus/pepper aroma. My main use is to add a deeper red colour to some chilli dishes, where I use the darker dried Mexican chillies such as ancho/chipolte. Still investigating its uses, there are many interesting ones.
