Maybe 1000 according to the label, but in potency it equals a 500-cap. Meh,..but, it's refreshing to take this. So if you like pink-lemonade, I would recommend this. It helps with dreams and relaxation, but if you take one too many, you may well find yourself, sleep-walking-farting in your sleep/seat, etc. whoahh, ...trust me, when you take too many, you'll know what I mean. I’ve always loved the effects of chromium, these take a little too long to dissolve. I have to crack them a bit to speed up the process I’m not saying it’s a bad product, I am merely saying that they dissolve time is just a little too long for me personally. The taste is pretty good, not very medicinal so kids would probably tolerate this pretty well

I use this along with bitter melon & berberine. My Hgb A1 C is always less than 6!
