THIS STUFF WORKS!
Second time ordering this product. I have a 18yr old Trex deck. Every so often there are water stains or potted plant water stains(dark colored). Outside weather & elements here in Arizona can turn the deck ugly in spots. Follow the directions but basically just add a small amount to the area or stain with a medium bristle brush, wait a few hours and then brush away with a softer brush or broom. You can opt to hose it away but no need. Repeat if there are real stubborn stains. (grill grease stains) trust me - this stuff works and not that hard to remove the stains. GREAT product and goes a long way.

Does not work as advertised. Left my deck a mess.
Got to clean misc stains from trex deck. Followed directions exactly. This is the result: white stains. I have swept and scrubbed. Stains from white won’t do away. Some brushes off but an unsatisfactory amoint won’t clean off. What should I do next?

It Worked!
I have Gray trex on my stairs going from the house into the garage. Greasy something had leaked from a garbage bag as it was taken down the stairs more than 6 months ago. I had tried Dawn, Goo-Gone, and baking soda with no results. Decided to tackle the problem again last week. After reading reviews I decided it was worth a try. ALL THE GREASE DRIPS ARE GONE! Easy to use. Some people mentioned clumps in their bottle, mine was all liquid. I let it sit for 24 hours, gently scraped, it crumbled easily. I vacuumed it up then washed with a rag (couldn't use a hose for my situation) and used a gentle scrub brush. Rinsed rag several times to not leave residue. So, so, so pleased with the result. I never leave reviews but thought this needed one.

Lumpy and didn’t work
I shook the product as directed, but half of it was a hard lump that could not be mixed. The stain has somewhat faded after two applications. Maybe it would have worked better if I was able to apply all the solution.

EZ to use
Works pretty well on composite, but not perfect.

This worked for me - I will buy more.
I am definitely going to buy more of this. I had a nasty grease stain on my Trex deck since last summer, when the grease drip pan on my Weber leaked all over. It's been there at least 8 months. I tried a few things to clean it, including Dawn dishwashing liquid, but nothing even made a dent on the big, ugly black stain. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical, given the most recent reviews that only had one-star ratings, but I figured for $15 it was worth a try.I shook it up very well (I thought) and poured it on the deck, completely covering a 1 foot x 2 foot are of the deck containing the stain. One thing I noticed, that after pouring a good amount, no more would come out of the bottle, even though it was more than half-full. I concluded that there must be a chunk of solid material inside that was blocking the liquid from pouring, so I shook it some more. I was able to pour more out, only this time the liquid was thicker. I think I still have a large chunk of solid material in the bottle, which is about 1/2 full right now. Some reviewers said their entire bottle was solid matter. I wonder if it is supposed to be partially solid.Anyway, I left it on for a full 24 hours to make sure it was dry. It's February in New England, and even though it was a mild couple of days, I wasn't about to go out at night to scrub it off. Today I swept off most of the white residue. (I will need to hose it to get all the white stuff off) but I could see that the black grease stain was gone. This is the real deal - it works like it's supposed to without harming composite decking. I can't wait until spring to see if it will work on the green mold and pollen stains I tend to get on the shady side of the deck.

Very Little Result for Effort
Followed the directions- pressure washed deck to remove surface dirt, put it on the deck when not in direct sun so it wouldn’t dry too fast (which was late afternoon & evening), and put it on thick to remove older stains. I left it on from 6 PM to 9 AM- which was above 60 F over that time and more hours than suggested. It never completely dried and it only slightly lightened the Older grill grease stains after washing it off the gen 2 Trex decking. So it was a waste of time & money for me.

Waste of time, waste of money...
What to make of a product that has lots of 5 star reviews, and lots of 1 and 2 star reviews as well? Obviously, this product works for some kinds of stains, but not others. People who were happy with this product were generally trying to remove food grease stains from their composite decks, and for that purpose, the product apparently performs well. For other kinds of stains, like stains from wax candle drippings- which is why I tried the product- it doesn't work at all. I followed the directions precisely, and after treatment the stains looked exactly as they had before. No difference whatsoever; nada, rein, niente. Waste of time, waste of money, at least for this application.
