Paleo All-in-One For Dummies

New to paleo. This is a easy read, informative and not boring. I haven't tried the recipes yet but so far so good.

Lots of good information about a diet that is all the rage these days. The information is well presented and the illustration make the book enjoyable and easy to read.

This book broke down into very simple, hence the name, what Paleo meant and how to follow the diet. It also gave me several alternatives for cooking items.

Great book! Gave me a better understanding of paleo eating.

Pretty comprehensive. Explains the plan plus, gives you exercises and recipes including desserts.

You can never go wrong with the 'For Dummies' edition of anything. They cover it all, no nonsense.

From what I was able to read, this book seems to have some great information, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Although I was able to read some of it, there were several blank pages throughout the book. This obviously made it very difficult to read and I didn't get very far before I just stopped reading all together. At first, I thought there were just blanks because a new topic was being addressed or something, but as I read on, I figured out that was not the case.

Good coverage of the subject, though measurements need converting for UK and the overall tone is rather evangelical. Core messages are repeated ad nauseam and make for a long read. It all seems to hang together in theory but will take a lot of determination to put into practice. If you share a life with someone who is not so keen on being a cave person then there is little room for compromise
