Good quality product
Gel ball is small in size but a perfect fit in palm for exercise purpose. Texture and feel of the ball while using it leaves you a good feel and comfort. Outer surface is little bit sticky, advise is to keep the ball in the container after use else it will catch dust in a day or two. Overall I am happy with the product and its quality.

Bad Quality
Writing this review after using for over 6 months. Product is made of bad quality, always sticky even after 6 months, may help finger and hand but stickiness irritates. Better to look for alternate options. Stickyness doesnt go in normal wash, require soap wash for multiple times.
