7PCS Silicone Egg Bites Mold Set with Steamer Rack for 6qt 8qt Instant Pot

I got this earlier this week with the idea of boiling eggs with out the hassle of pealing and the whole boiling on the stove. People suggested this as an alternative to hard boiling eggs, I have an instant pot so why not give it a try. Product came with out instructions, (this was not too surprising as that is a big complaint when reading reviews here. Other than that, items are nice quality and was not sure what the lids were going to be like but to me they seem like silicone not plastic. There are mixed answers if these lids can go into the instapot or not. I personally with out instructions feel the the lids are just a different color but still silicone so I have put them in the instant pot. 1st try, I oiled each hole and I filled in 2 eggs to hard boil, 1 egg whites and the other 4 I filled with beaten egg + a little milk and dropped in omelet items, ham, onion, cheese. (I just did one egg bite tray the first time) cooked 5 mins, 10 min natural release, used the scraper it came with to go around the egg and they just popped out easily. They tasted great and were cooked to perfection. (if you want soft boiled or poached google times but I am sure it will work) Since then I have cooked many more egg whites to cut up for salads, I love this new way to boil eggs, and the little omelets are awesome. 2nd time I did blueberry muffins, they turned out great but just very soft, so I put them into the oven and broiled for 3 mins and got a nice crust so depending on how you like your muffins, this might not be the way for you (boiled outside of pan, just stuck them on a rack I do not think the silicone would do well at that temp) I do use the silicone lids that they came with in the instant pot, they seem to work fine with no issues as of yet. 3rd time brownies, oh these turned out so perfect, I love gooey brownies, never like the edges so happy with these, will only make brownies in these from now on. The lids of egg bites protects the brownies for the water that goes to the lid. brownies just pop out, I cook 30 min with 10 min natural release. I used the "Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix" 4th time Pancake batter with sausage. Have you tried the jimmy dean sausage pancake on a stick? well I tried pancake batter and cut up sausage (I used turkey sausage) and cooked 15 min with 5 min cool down. These are awesome, great to eat while on the go or just as a normal sit down breakfast. I have had this less than a week and have used it a ton, with out directions I have been handwashing the molds and lids the scrapers have gone through the dishwasher with no problems. The only con I am seeing is lack of directions. Some people say yes it can go in dish washer others say no, some say lids should not go into instant pot others say it is fine. I do not know the right answer so that is the biggest problem with this product is info about the care of it and what the lids are made out of to know if it is safe to cook with the lids. My next idea is corn dogs, I plan to buy a corn bread mix and put the costco beef hot dogs in and see how that turns out, I always feel corndogs always have too much batter and the hotdogs are so small and not tasty. I am so happy I got this, and I am considering a 2nd set so I can have a second batch ready to go in when I pull out one.

Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites Servings 14 bites, 3.5 servings Calories 176kcal Notes: increase instapot stream time to 11 minutes some of the 2nd stack weren’t completely set Ingredients 6 strips of bacon 8 eggs 1/2 cup milk can use heavy cream, half and half or low fat milk 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 tsp salt 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese Instructions Instant Pot Instructions Cook bacon on the stovetop until fully cooked or 350 degrees 20-30 minutes in the oven Blend eggs, milk, cream cheese and salt in a high speed blender until thoroughly combined. Cream cheese should be fully incorporated. I love these silicone egg bite molds. They are super easy to clean which it a huge plus for me. These make full sized egg bites which is great if you just need to grab a quick breakfast. They are the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I use them in my pressure cooker and they cook beautifully on top as well as the bottom. I'm very happy with my purchase. Easy to use. They come with a stacking rack which has handles for lowering into pressure cook and taking back out. Each mold come with its own lid. I also love that they come with two mini spatulas. They handle well in the provide rack.and are very sturdy My only regret is I didn't order two sets. Critique...I wish they came in more colors. I would have loved them in black, or maybe red, for instance. However, the multi colors are still great. I love that anything I cook in them releases easily and pops right out and that they are very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Nothing ive made has ever stuck in them.

I absolutely love this silicone egg bites mold set! The quality is excellent, and it fits perfectly in my Instant Pot. Great at first but after a few washes and uses I got this Jan 2026 and it’s now April 2026 I had to toss it because it got moldy really easy and the smell it holds is horrible.

I tried making the copycat Bacon Gouda Egg Bite recipe that I found on AllRecipes, and they came out perfect. Who knew that making these at home could be so easy?

I really hoped this would be a great product. However, after using once, I threw it all in thr dishwasher and now everything I make tastes like soap. I've tried soaking in vinegar, washing with baking soda - nadda. Now It's garbage. Shame.
