SKB 1SKB-DH4216W Large Drum Hardware Case with Handle & Wheels

The Squier Jazzmaster XII fits, a little snug at the headstock. Nice and snug everywhere else. All of my Indio Offset guitars fit, with a quarter inch of margin at all spots. Both versions of tremolo. You do have to remove the tremolo bars but you should anyway. Very well packaged. I didn't buy one case for each of them. I just bought one hard case for the style and tried all of the guitars I had to see which it would work with. Well made, well packaged. The case comes covered with a special black synthetic fiber similar to a mesh version of Tyvek. And packaged inside of a box sealed with fiber reinforced paper tape. Hardware is pretty solid and has QA inspector info inside. Arrived as promised. Very pleases with this case. See photos. Great case for light road or air travel. Of you are going on a world tour then opt for the ATA Flight Cases instead. This is a good case for the aspiring band member, or occasional gig, wedding, local tour, or someone taking their Jazzmaster or offset guitar to a rock fantasy camp. Keep the dry packs that come with it. It has some room for stap, strings, tremolo, guitar cable, adjustment hex keys, picks, and maybe a tuner or small pedal. Weight is not too bad. It might also work well for a student if they have to carry it with them to school on a school bus. It will give you better protection than a gig bag. Just keep it out of puddles. It isn't submersible water proof like a Pelican case. But it should be fine for a light shower. The padding has a little give in critical areas such as by the strap pegs and headstock. It looks like it would be a tight fit for the hockey stick headstock of the Jazzmaster XII, but it closes smoothly and securely. The Indio Offsets are slightly smaller on the body but fit the shape well. It has a little breathing room. Keep in mind this case costs more than the Indio offset guitar. If you are looking for an upgrade to the gigbag tgat came with it. This is a good option for more protection. I do not think this will work with any bass versions of yhe Jazzmaster. I don't have one to try ot with. The neck would be too long. I hope this information helps.

I picked up a Jackson SLXFMG soloist recently and didn't have a case for it. I had owned one like this previously and since one of my sons needed something to carry his Squire Strat in I thought this might do the trick. The case came packed well and covered in a thin cloth/polyester bag to protect it inside the shipping container. Once it was unpacked it was exactly what we wanted, it's very sturdy but also pretty light for this type of case (the Fender molded and Ibanez Prestige cases are heavier). We like the way the locks work on this better than some of the other as it was easy for my 9 year old to open and close securely. Hinges look great, no issues on closing or opening, the fit and finish was excellent as expected. While there are no closed areas there is plenty of storage for tuners, cables and straps. The portion of the case that supports the neck is also somewhat longer than many other generic cases, this is a big plus for me and I believe it's this superior neck support when the lid is closed that keeps some of the guitars from moving so much like they do in other cases. I'm attaching pictures of multiple guitars for reference. This case fits a strat perfectly, but it also fits any S body style as well from what I can see. While there is some room to move, once the case is shut I didn't feel the Soloist moving around (the Blue) nor the JEM. Thus if you have a Jackson DNKY, Soloist, Ibanez RG/JEM, Charvel, EVH (except the Star) with a strat type body or especially any type of Fender Strat then this is an excellent, protective and light case that should work well for you. It should also work well for a Tele but don't have one at the moment for reference. This case will NOT work for a Les Paul style guitar, Explorer, V etc...

Yeah, totally fits (but just barely). The body and neck fit perfect and the headstock seems like it just barely buts into the interior edge (like it looks like it’s not squished but there’s no tolerance). I’m not at all worried about the guitar being compromised in any way but just know that you’re not going to see a quarter inch gap if that’s important to yo. Also, the guy I spoke to at sweet*water said it fit their “verified fit” criteria and I know that their tolerances are trustworthy with cases. The case costs two thirds the cost of the guitar but I’m kinda nuts about having good cases. I’ve bought 14 guitar/bass cases from Gator, SKB, and Fender. SKB is my jam but Gator is creeping up there : )It’s a great quality and rugged case. What you’d expect from SKB. I’m super happy to have found a great case for a unique guitar. Just do it.

Great case, even more protective than the original Fender. TSA lock helpful too. Fits in an airline overhead great just like the Fender case. Might even be a little lighter and the handle is definitely more comfortable. Wish this had a strap (airports are big and hands need to be free) - that’s the only drawback. Lots of guitarists have these so if you play out, best to put a bright name tag or something that shows it’s yours so someone doesn’t mistakenly run off with it. Definitely recommend!

For the price I paid, this is a satisfactory hard case, and I would recommend it to people who may not like the bulkiness of a rectangular hard case. I know I purchased this because I prefer a shaped case; and seems to be the only one offered here on Amazon, so why not give it a go? This fits my Schecter KM-7 (a seven string guitar with a 26.5 scale length - so a bit taller than a Stratocaster, for example); no issues closing the case. The neck support seems to be a tad bit too thin for my seven-string, but that is to be expected. Still sits on top of it fine. Some other reviews have reported warped edges or poor quality control in regards to the case's sides, but mine was fine. It's not perfect, but definitely not noticeably flawed either. It may very well be poor quality control. One small "con" of this case is that the accessory compartment is quite shallow. I couldn't find a way to stuff my strap in it successfully, so that may give you an idea of how shallow it is... The only items I can see myself storing are a pack of picks, some strings, and my very small electric tuner. The padding seems adequate and I don't really have anything to complain about. The locks themselves seem very secure and two keys are included. Other than that, I really hope it holds up when I need it most - I purchased this so I could carry my guitar overseas, and I will update this review accordingly when I've had some more experience with it! But first impressions - looks good so far.

Good quality and sturdy. Gets the job done well for gigs keeping all your hardware inside!

First impressions: Packaged very nicely. Guitar case came in a nice black meshy material boot to protect the case from chaffing while being shipped inside of it's box. Upon opening: The case felt very rugged and beautiful (as far as guitar cases go) with 4 really nice, heavy latches, one of which being a TSA approved #2 lock type. The handle has a very nice, grippy feel to it, Well balanced handle position and just solid feeling. Inside: A very nice BLACK fuzzy interior material with your typical low profile accessory compartment. The case has contour cutouts for either RIGHT or LEFT handed guitars. I bought it for my Schecter Blackjack SLS-F1 lefty axe and it fit nicely. I was able to tuck my guitar strap in the guitar's body contour since it deemed a bit too fat to sit flush under the accessory compartment under the neck. Summary: If you're looking at different hard cases and wondering if spending the money for this one is worth it... It is in my opinion. A potential "con" observation: Because it's not as roomy as most rectangle cases, it won't offer up any extra room for effects pedals and what not. Strings, picks, capos and maybe some string ease... It all fits nicely in the compartment under the neck. I would also venture to say that it will withstand and protect your guitar nicely on those rainy nights when you have to drag your equipment though the weather. VERY nice case indeed - cheers!

This case is really excellent. I was about to buy a less expensive case that would have carried much less, but I figured, you know what, why not buy this monster, well, we call it "The Coffin" because you can fit two people in there very easily. Not to be morbid, just trying to give you a sense of proportion, but yea it does kind of look like a coffin. Off topic, but yea, it's great. I'm in video production, not music, when we do a job we can easily put 5-10 light stands in there and most importantly 2 tripods as well which we used to have to make a few trips to and from the van to do; now they're just stored away in this case. Just beautiful. Sure, once you have 100+ lbs of equipment in there, you need a strong person guy or lady, to lift it up and navigate it through hallways, up and down stairs (which becomes a two person job), but wheeling and lifting this case in and out of the jobs we do is far more preferable than making 10+ trips to and from the car. And you look way more professional using this than having everything loose or even in a cube on a dolly of some sort, just my humble opinion.

Good quality product, fast delivery, perfect!!!!!
