The item was choicest and super. Delivery was high-standard. Splendid packaging.

No major issues with this mirror aside from the glass isnt the same magnification as the original mirror! The left side is original and the right side is the replacement and i find the right side objects are much closer than the left side which is good in a way because you see objects closer but can take some getting use to and could be annoying for most people. The outer cover of the mirror comes seperate from the assembly so that you can easily snap on your original painted cover. You can also purchase a painted original cover for about $50 online from toyota dealers so you get a perfect match and MUCH cheaper than having a shop paint this for you and or install! On a 2013 corolla just pop off the tweeter cover and pry back the top part of the panel while using a swivel socket makes quick easy work to take the three bolts that hold the mirror to the door without taking the entire pannel off. All in all takes maybe 30 min to do! Goodluck!

Mirror came quickly and after watching a You Tube video, took less than an hour to put on. Unfortunately my original , painted to match car , mirror cover would not attach to the mirror. It has different attachments, but the flat black cover that came with it was ok, until I started driving. I noticed a high pitched whine when the car was in motion and quickly figured out it was due to a small gap at the top of the mirror. If I reach out and hold the back of the mirror, it stops. I wrote Autohalo and they offered me a return. It's installed, I'm not taking my door apart again. I asked for a new cover hoping a replacement would fit tighter. They said they couldn't just send a cover. Again they offered a return label. Again explained it was installed. They then claimed it was my fault the cover didn't fit tight because it's delivered on the mirror and I shouldn't have taken it off to try my original cover on. . Well my mirror assembly came in a little cloth bag with the cover separately wrapped in paper, so tell them that and again get the return label and asked to take a picture to show his supervisor. I took a video of how it whistles and then stops when I hold it. Again with a sorry for the inconvenience here's a return label. Again, not taking my door apart and asked for a credit. You guessed it, can't do even a partial credit, and again offered a return label. I offered a bad review. I'll use a piece of tape across the gap. Shitty customer service. Buyer beware

The mirror was fairly easy to install but did not come with any packaging ID or instructions. Fortunately my husband is an experienced mechanic and was able to install the mirror without any difficulty. The shipping took a full five days to arrive. This mirror replaced my broken mirror and is working well so far (day 1 of use). Would have rated this purchase as five stars but the promise of two day shipping actually took five days to arrive.

Easy to replace. Just pop off the inside mirror panel, loosen up the door panels, and swap out the wiring. Three screws and you're done. This is not OEM. The screws are Phillips, not the bolt-type from the factory, but they do the job. My white mirror cover would not fit on this item, so I had to use the black one it came with, this will be an issue if your car is not black. Otherwise, the wiring works and the mirror is not distorted. Took me about 10 minutes and saved who knows how much at the dealership.

No issues after a month of use. Installation was relatively easy if you know your way around cars. Item comes with a new set of bolts (but no washers) and the housing fit well on my 2012 Corolla. Color and material look and feel great but the outer cover is thin and I had one bracket splinter upon install; the cover is still seated on the housing without issue since the other brackets were intact. The low pricing makes up for how thin the outer shell is. Install with care and you'll be glad you saved on a replacement mirror with this great product.

Swiped my side view mirror while driving to class one day, so I went to my local mechanic to see how much the damage will cost. He estimated it to be about $200 for the mirror and installment. As a broke college student, that was a pretty hefty bill. So, I turned to Amazon for the part and it came in after about a week. I had a family friend, who is a mechanic, install it for me for free. This was a few months ago and I have not had any problems since. Amazon saved me big bucks!

Delivered in exceptional time, and sturdy boxing. Amazon made it easy to keep from ordering the wrong part! Worked exactly as it was supposed to and was very easy to install after watching a how-to on YouTube. If you are going to do any paint-matching, I would recommend painting it before installing it. I know that sounds like a no-brainer, but it didn't cross my mind until AFTER installing it. :(Great product and exceptional shipping and handling.
