I think this might be my first Amazon Review. I ordered this pump after seeing the great reviews. It was easy to install and pumps like crazy. The most interesting part about this pump is the price. I needed a few other parts to complete another job on my boat while I was installing this pump. I went to my local marine store and while I was there checked out the price of the same exact pump in their store. It was $120. Same pump, half the price on Amazon. Its like a sore d###, you just can't beat it.

Perfect fit to the original pump.
This pump replaced the existing pump that was identical to what was originally installed from the dealer in 2018. I was able to use the existing cradle, which saved me the trouble of having to remove the base screw. Especially being this pump was installed in a very hard to reach area. Hopefully, it last as long or longer than the original.

With a capacity of 1100 GPH and a 12-Volt, 1.5-Amp draw, it efficiently keeps my bilge dry and performs exactly as expected. Installation is straightforward, and the pump operates automatically, which is a huge convenience. It kicks in when needed and shuts off once the water is cleared, providing peace of mind while on the water. Although I’ve noticed the need to replace it yearly, it consistently performs well throughout its lifespan. For the price and reliability it offers, it's a routine maintenance step I’m willing to take. Overall, the Attwood Sahara S1100 is a dependable bilge pump that gets the job done. Highly recommended for its performance and ease of use!

Bilge Pump
Duplicate replacement to the original pump in my 170 Montauk Boston Whaler. It wouldn't fit the original mounting bracket so I had to replace that too which was a pain. But its a great pump and works correctly. I like the "test" knob for testing if the internal float switch works. Didn't know the original had that too. Its a good quality pump.

Great little pumps that move a surprising amount of water. The 1100's have an outlet size of 1 1/8th inch. Automatic on / off, manual on / off, and a knob at the back that allows you to test the integrated float switch. The base is easily removable to allow for super easy mounting and servicing. My only nit pick is that I would like to see some real screening to keep debris out in addition to the plastic cage on the bottom. 5 out of 5. Would buy again, and have.

Ne ho già una nella mia barca e ne ho presa un'altra perché è molto valida. Quella già montata sta resistendo veramente a tutto. Vado a pesca e quindi nel pozzetto si raccoglie di tutto , da fili da pesca ad altra sporcizia varia. Non si è mai fermata. Mi auguro che questa comprata su amazon sia molto simile come qualità costruttiva. Prezzo molto buono. Consiglio
