I would not purchase again
For such a large gravity fed filter box I found the flow rate very low compared to my old smaller filter. Only 4500 compared to previous 7500 lph.Even at 3500lph the internal outlet which is approx 25mm is on a 90 bend aimed to the back of the filter box. This causes splashing inside and with force some substantial water loss feom under the lid.I have fixed this by putting a small roll of plastic ontop of the filter foams to break down the force of the jetI would no recommend this filter at all
