Does it make your hair sticky?

For me it did not. I applied on my fingers and ran through the bottom part of my hair down to my neck. I didn't use a whole lot either. It has been a couple of days since I used it and my hair still feels fine. Like nothing was put on it and it did work on stopping the sweat on my head/hair and neck.

I have to use a facial moisturizer, will it not work after applying this product first?

I have used it with moisturizing my forehead (where I sweat) first and then applying Carpe and applying moisturizer after the Carpe has dried. Seems to work both ways.

Will this dry my face out?

I’ve used this for quite a few months and it has never dried my skin out. I have combination skin with an oily T-Zone. This helps decrease the oil in my T-Zone area without drying my skin out. So far I haven’t had any issues
