So I just started these pills 4 days ago. I am only taking one a day because I'm sensitive to pills, But so glad that I set this up for every two months of auto-ship with Amazon. I took 1 pill last night about 9 PM. I'm sensitive to pills They don't make me sick, just that I feel the effects of them more easily. I have 1 cup of coffee/day in the morning so the caffeine in here didn't even phase me. I was a little cramped this morning but I think that's because my digestive system has been backed up & it finally seemed to work normally, again. That alone will help! Will update if need I to but I am encouraged. So far so good. EDIT: DAY 14- I have actually gained exactly 2 pounds taking this everyday & consciously eating better. DISAPPOINTED!!

First, I will say the seller was great. Item was delivered as promised. The first few days of taking the product, I felt wonderful. It definitely curbed my appetite. However, a few weeks in, while it still curbed my appetite, I began gaining weight. I have gained 5 lbs now since starting the product, despite eating clean and less as well as getting in my 10,000 steps a day and working out in between. I did some research and found that if you are Leptin resistant, this product will not work and, in fact, can cause you to gain weight. It does not have actual Leptin in it. So, while this product may work wonderfully for some, it is not for me or anyone who may be Leptin resistant. But you don't know until you know.
