Effective System and Great Customer Service
-Very effective filtration system - unpleasant odor and taste from tap all gone after installing and turning on!-Large 100K gal capacity - sufficient for once a year filter change.-Installation is straight forward, make sure to use good tape (Blue Monster tape https://a.co/d/2Au2Jf8) and good sealant (Blue Monster sealant https://a.co/d/c77PLFv) to prevent leak at the inlet and outlet.I ran into an issue with the black head unit, where a slow leak developed in between the flow lines of filter caps (you can see the water droplet in the picture). Upon contacting customer service, ISPRING rushed a new unit to me. Big shoutout to JULIUS for his quick response and generous support, much appreciated!

Does what it promises and the customer support is great
I've had this system for about 6 years now. It was relatively easy to install, although I had to explain a few things to the plumber (like the extra pressure gauge and shutoff valve). Make sure you either install it in the garage (but your floor will get wet when you change filters - so make sure there is good drainage), or somewhere outside that is shady and protected from the elements. I'm in Southern California, so this was easy to install in my driveway. The homemade black screen you see on the left is normally in front of the blue housings to protect them from the sun. I highly recommend you install a pressure gauge at the inlet side AND the outlet side and add a shutoff valve in front of the main supply (of course), but also an outlet valve after the water has gone through the two filters and before it hits the house (you can see that value in the photo in the copper pipe directly above the two blue housings. That way, when you change the filters, you can cut off the water from the house flowing backward and draining the whole house before you swap filters. One of the outer housings sprung a microleak after six years.I emailed Michele in customer support Sunday night, I had an answer Monday AM, and a replacement shipped to me the SAME day via FedEx. That is outstanding customer service.

Really Does It's Job
I have a highend water softener at my house. I noticed though that sometimes my water smelled a bit. The water softener company came out and turned the back flush up from once a week, to twice a week. That didn't help much. So I started looking for an additional whole home filter that would help.I found this whole home filter on Amazon that looked like it would serve my needs. It had great reviews so I purchased it. When I got it I noticed how heavy duty it was, so all the better. I was going to install it myself, but I had a plumber coming for a plumbing issue and decided to get him to install it. Luckily it is installed in my garage right next to my softener, so it gives me easy access.I've had it for a year. I realized that it was time to change the filters. I had a bit of trouble with unscrewing the filter housing and didn't want to mess it up so I decided to contact support at iSpring. I got a support tech named Nick who assured me that removing the housing wouldn't damage it and that even if it did, iSpring could send out a replacement. So with that knowledge, I got my son to undo the housing, lol. When I got the filters out I was stunned at how dirty they were. Remember, my water goes through a water softener before going through the iSpring filter system. Now I know that it's really doing it's job, the water no longer smells and I'm exceptionally happy with my water quality. From now on though, I'm changing filters every 6 months instead of 12.I've got to say that I recommend this filter system. I also recommend iSpring. How many times have you contacted support via email from a company and never heard back from them? With iSpring, I heard back from them immediately and also received a follow-up email after I'd changed the filters to see how it was going.

Great quality product with matching iSpring customer service!
As a potable water enthusiast I know what makes for a quality water supply system in the home. The iSpring WGB22B is the heart of my system and does an excellent job. Utilizing an iSpring spin down filter in front of the iSpring WGB22B followed by a commercial water softener and a reverse osmosis system for the drinking water gives our home the quality of water we expect. Not only does iSpring offer quality products but their customer service sets the industry bar, thanks to Nick at iSpring for his assistance with my iSpring water system.
