As of November 2020, yes. However, X-Input only lets you use 1 controller at a time.

Q: Is this compatible with the saturn 3d control pad?

I haven't tested it, but I remember reading somewhere that it is not.

Q: Does this work with the sega saturn twin stick (virtual on)?

Yes. The Saturn Twin Stick is mapped as a normal digital controller (left stick is the D-pad, right stick is mapped to BXYZ, L stick button is R, L stick trigger is L, R stick button is C, R trigger is A) .

Q: Will this work with the Virtua Stick?

I don't see why it wouldn't if Virtua Stick is compatible with the Sega Saturn. it works great for Eclipse Stick.
