Tom Ford 'Oud Wood' Eau de Parfum 3.4,Black

What a great scent. If you want to upgrade your collection, get this. And it will be a new, noticeable, enjoyable daytime scent. Legit.

Awesome fragrance. One of my favorites.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I purchased this Tom Ford cologne as a Father's Day gift for my husband. He had wanted this fragrance for quite some time, so it was a very special gift. He absolutely loved it, but unfortunately, he only had the opportunity to enjoy it for about a month. The bottle accidentally tipped over from an upright position onto its side, a fall of only about 3 to 4 inches on a flat bathroom countertop. To our complete surprise, the glass bottle broke cleanly in half, and every drop of the cologne leaked out within seconds. While I understand that glass can break, I was surprised that such a minor tip-over resulted in the bottle breaking so completely. For a luxury brand, I expected the bottle to be much more durable. The fragrance itself is exceptional, which makes this even more disappointing. Losing such a thoughtful Father's Day gift after only a month because the bottle was so fragile was genuinely disappointing. I have attached photos of the broken bottle for reference. I reached out to the seller to see if given the circumstances, they would consider a replacement bottle, or compensation, however their policies do not allow them to.

This is my second Tom Ford. He does not disappoint. What I like about this fragrance is its softness and endurance. It is an easy daily spritz to use after a shower that will stay with you for 5-6 hours.

I have arrived late in discovering the OUD scent. I was gifted a bar of soap with the OUD infused. Instantly I fell in love with the scent and wanted more of it, so I purchased this product because I felt it would further enhance what the soap had done. So far I have used it twice in conjunction with the soap. What I have noticed is that the projection of the scent does not last long (3-5 hrs). In fact, it becomes very subtle after a period of time. You can still smell it but it is almost faint. I have though about supplementing it with an oil, to test for longevity. I'll have to return to give you my thoughts on that! I have read and seen the true expense of pure OUD perfume. It is expensive!! I don't know if this is a counterfeit or fake item. Exact items of the same volume sell for much more in other retailers like Macy's, Neiman Marcus, etc... Having said that... for the price point of this item... some things are too good to be true and you get what you pay for... This is not a negative against the product.... it is, what it is.... I wanted the OUD scent without paying the OUD price. I honestly feel, that if you combine with other supplemental items (like the soap and oil), you may get a longer projection. I didn't want to get into what the scent smells like on this review, because if you know, then you know... For the money... is it worth it? It's alright. Would I buy it again? Maybe, but if I can get the same projection if not better from an oil, at half the price.. then the answer is no. I hope this review helps. Thanks for reading.

My man loved it

I first smelled this cologne on a doctor who visited me in the room I was in after recovering from surgery. I asked him what it was. His response was, "You can't afford it." That's a bad thing to say to a GenXr. Well, I spent the money on it after I recovered now 8 months later and this one is better than the version he had. Literally everyone asks what it is.
