It's a game changer considering the newer smartphones that has a wide angle camera. With this unique folding design, the arm is not in the view of the wide angle camera that smartphones now have. This gimbal can fold up and lock all the axis that snaps into place which is such an amazing feature to have. I genuinely love this gimbal so much and decided to give my original phone gimbal to my brother who very much enjoys the smoothness however he is jealous of the convenient feature that this gimbal has due to it being able to fit in my pocket, hence the name "Vlog Pocket". The feature set of this gimbal is super nice and I have been able to get some really nice angles due to the light weight, small, versatile form factor. With a double tap of the "on button" it turns the phone 90 degrees vertically which makes for an easy setup instead of taking out the phone and adjusting the mount to just go vertical. Balancing this gimbal is incredibly easy and can carry my phone which is considered big like the iPhone Xs Max, thus not requiring any counter balance to hold the phone.For only 100 bucks this is quite an amazing tool to add to your arsenal if you are into videomaking. Gimbals has become super affordable that there is no excuse for not having smooth footages.

She used to just lean the phone up against the counter and it kept falling. Now with this new gimbal the phone is held super steady and when she needs to move around the house the video stays smooth and makes it way more pleasant for the person on the other end. There are less buttons than your average gimbal so the ease of use is pretty much power on and go! My wife just opened up a YouTube channel and plans on using this gimbal when VLOGING. My daughter also uses it to make goofy videos too. Highly recommended!!Ease of use:There is really no need for instructions. I've been needing a means to set my phone out but didn't want a standard tripod since adjusting and leveling takes so much work. Here is how it works for me; I get whatever I'm taking a picture of in view, squeeze the gimbal trigger, and then can set the gimbal down in tripod mode. It automatically maintains focus on whatever I aimed my phone at.The gimbal does support the use of the built-in camera. Everything is functioning and working to capture video and pictures. If anything changes I'll definitely update this review.

What i like it are 1) super small size, light weight, easy to put in my pocket. 2) without balancing is a big time saving for me. Ready to action in no time. 3) one key operation to switch from landscape mode to portrait mode by double-click power/mode key. 4) AI face & object tracking is a big plus for doing vlog. 5) standard ⅜ connection to Tripod or any accessories. Highly recommended!

I like the concept of the product but the app will not save the videos I shoot.Very minimal instructions included. You will have to go through numerous YouTube videos to figure it out.

Extra compact but I had a hard time to manage its stability adjustments. You need to take extra care where to place your phone in it otherwise the stability goes bad. After a few tests I decided to return it for a DJI

Not Bad... but battery is funky. Sometimes I get a full 2 hours of use, and sometimes it freaks out and starts shutting down in 30 mins.

Not easy to learn. Battery mysterious. Faulty. I cannot say anything positive about this product.

L'ho preso per fare un regalo a una persona che ama girare video col suo smartphone, ma che ha sempre paura che gli cada. Con questo gimbal pieghevole spero di aver colto due aspetti importanti per questa persona: i video stabilizzati, e una migliore presa sull'oggetto così da evitare le cadute involontarie di uno smartphone piuttosto costoso.Ma passiamo al gimbal. E' piccolo! Davvero piccolo. Non tanto da stare comodamente in tasca a una persona, ma di sicuro non ingombra molto di più di un selfie stick. I materiali sembrano di buona qualità, e anche il peso - per quanto non eccessivo - da un'idea di solidità sufficiente. Buono il sistema di ripiegamento, anche se gli 'scrocchi' per tenere fermi i bracci del gimbal mi sembrano un po' piccolini, e temo non durino molto a lungo se si fa un uso smodato di questo dispositivo.Funziona bene in quanto a stabilizzazione delle immagini, anche senza bisogno dell'app ufficiale (di cui parlerò tra poco), e fare video e foto panoramiche è tutto un altro andare. E' possibile, con la pressione di un singolo tasto, bloccare il basculamento, così da far sì che lo smartphone si muova come il braccio di chi tiene il gimbal, oppure ancora, con due pressioni del medesimo tasto, far sì che passi da orientamento orizzontale a verticale.Questi sono i pregi principali. La batteria ha una buona durata, e volendo può fungere anche da battery pack per ricaricare il cellulare.L'app non è all'altezza della situazione. Ok! serve per aggiornare il firmware del gimbal. Ok! Offre qualche opzione in più se si vuole scattare una foto, o un video, con un maggiore controllo dei vari parametri di scatto. Ma le funzioni avanzate sono deludenti. Soprattutto il "face tracking". Sia che si selezioni un volto, sia che si selezioni un oggetto, l'inseguimento è tutt'altro che morbido. Il gimbal sembra quasi entrare nel panico, e a volte, pur tenendo tutto fermo, lo smartphone comincia a muoversi a destra e a sinistra, e infine perde l'oggetto da inquadrare. E' pressoché inusabile.E anche la panoramica è da migliorare. L'app ufficiale genera il file da una serie di scatti fatti in sequenza durante lo spostamento del gimbal, poi li elabora, e infine sforna l'immagine. E quando si riesce ad arrivare in fondo alla procedura il risultato è anche decente, ma la maggior parte delle volte smette di scattare mentre ci si muove...Sull'app c'è ancora molto da lavorare. Anche sull'interfaccia, visto che a volte alcuni comandi neppure compaiono (il face tracking per esempio), ed è necessario entrare nel menù di configurazione e uscirne senza fare nulla affinché essi appaiano.Però con l'app fotografica del telefono va molto bene. Sia che si facciano dei time lapse, sia degli slow motion, sia delle panoramiche normali. E alla fine, probabilmente, basta questo, perché questo gimbal è davvero portabile, ma manca di molti tasti che di solito si trovano su gimbal un po' più grandi... Come il joystick per muovere lo smartphone, tasti che permettono di entrare nel menù di configurazione, o per agire sullo zoom, o per selezionare le funzioni della fotocamera... Qui c'è solo il tasto di scatto, il tasto per far ruotare il telefono da portrait a landscape, e il trigger per controllare/bloccare il movimento del gimbal stesso.Più di tre stelle non riesco proprio a dare.

Dès sorti de l'emballage j'ai été surpris par la compacité de ce Vlog pocket , effectivement , il est deux fois plus petit que tous ceux que je possède déjà . Il a l'air très solide , les articulations sont sans aucun jeux ni aucun bruit , c'est généralement un gage de qualité . Les blocages des articulations sont super pratique pour ne pas qu'il bouge pendent le transport , une foie déplié il suffi d'une pression longue sur le bouton ON pour qu'il prenne sa position de travail en moins de 2 secondes , bien horizontale et bien vertical et cela mème a vide . Pour le premier test je lui ai installé un ( Redmi 7 A ) qui est un peu lourd , l’opération c'est bien passée , sans bug ni vibrations et à l'usage on n’entend pas du tout les moteurs ni d'autres bruits parasites . il faudra tout de mème veiller a ne pas lui installer un téléphone trop épais , pas plus de 8 mm , sinon il ne pourra pas rentrer dans le support extensible , d’ailleurs , ce sera le seul défaut que j"ai trouvé sur ce Gimbal , ce défaut est ennuyeux puisque on est automatiquement obligé d'enlever les coques de protections de nos téléphones pour pouvoir les installer sur la nacelle de ce stabilisateur .Coté autonomie , il a tenu pratiquement 4 heures non stop en action , c'est à dire constamment en mouvement , pour réaliser le test , je l'ai installé sur le guidon de ma moto pendant une ballade de 5 heures , cela est largement suffisent pour une utilisation normal pour une journée et à été entièrement rechargé en a peine une heure .Une autre fonction inédite , c'est que l'on peu l'utiliser mème quant il est en charge , fonction assez rare sur la plupart des autres modèles , donc nous pouvons au cas ou lui connecter une batterie externe pour ainsi continuer notre travail pendent qu'il charge ,Coté logiciel , sont installation n'est pas indispensable pour que ce Gimbal fonction très correctement car il est autonome . autrement , le logiciel pourra être utile pour automatiser ce stabilisateur a des fin de prises de vue particulières et de profiter d'un grand nombre d'effets pour un rendu très professionnel .Finalement , je suis très content de mon achat que je recommande aussi au personne voulant utiliser un appareil très compact , très léger , solide efficace et fiable .Si vous avez des question , je suis a votre disposition , et si mon commentaire vous a semblé utile , un petit CLIC en dessous me fait toujours plaisir .
