Sturdy and sharp!
These guys are super sturdy--strong enough for thick flower stems and spatchcocking a chicken! They arrived sharp and ready to go. They come apart and click back together well, for thorough cleaning. Haven't tried the other design features, but I know they'll come in handy. I will buy them again and again!

Excellent scissors!
I wanted them to help trimming chicken tenders. Some scissors are not fine enough. I have been using them for two weeks and so far am delighted with their functionality!

Very Impressed!
I purchased these shears right AFTER a long and tedious effort put in spatchcocking last Thanksgiving's turkey. Although the adage "necessity is the mother of invention" is tried and true in the 21st century it may be in some cases we can say "wow that was a real pain in the rear, wonder what Amazon has?". Checked it out and after consideration settled on these. This Sunday we decided to make a turkey breast for dinner and I figured what the hell let's spatchcock. Literally these shears sliced through the rib bones like paper, almost effortlessly. They also easily disassembled for running through the dishwasher (please ALWAYS put points of knives, forks, shears etc. facing DOWN, because if someone falls on those things pointing up they're going to be seriously injured). I'm gonna debone a smoked whitefish on Saturday, if I don't update this things went swimmingly (pun intended).

Functional scissors.
Scissors work fine. They are thin feeling though. Bottle opener does not work well. Would not buy again

Too much plastic in packaging
The scissors seem to be fine but the packaging is not okay. It uses way too much plastic: a hard transparent plastic package wrapped in a plastic bag.

Great pair of scissors for the kitchen
Very sharp and feels very good in the hand. Might be a bit pricey but the quality is really there. Can easily take apart for cleaning.
