Easy to install, clear directions, effective. 5-yr warranty. I can't speak to durability yet. I replaced flappers that had hardened with age so that the water pressure no longer was sufficient to seal the outflow.

Replacement flapper for toilet
Easy to install and lasts about 5 yrs. important to have a replacement part on hand. I replace after 5 yrs, rather than wait for it to fail. Once it fails, it wastes water as the toilet continues to run. You can then turn off the water and replace once you have the part available. Toilet unavailable till water turned back on. With our continuing drought, any lost water is painful.

I would rather go with a product without a warranty that lasts longer than one that promises 5 years warranty and fails.I bought two of these. It may have been roughly five years ago. Both failed within maybe four months of each other in different toilets.What happens is that the rubber part gets hard and after a few years separates from the frame when you try to flush. The chain pulls on the frame but the weight of the water above the flapper holds it down and you end up pulling the frame away from the rubber which stays put, and you have no flushing action.I have now replaced both with good old, all rubber and US made Korky flappers that instill a lot more confidence.
