I like the ease of use of the product, and can get acceptable results in 90% of the adult population.One small item, but important to the quality of use, is the "bleed" time when deflating the fully inflatedcuff. It seems that the stem valve release is not as forgiving in slow release as are some of the moreexpensive competitors. For that reason I downgraded its performance from a 5-star to a 4-star rating.
