I've just been wearing this for three days now but I could sense a shift in my energetics almost immediately. I am sleeping very well and less drained at the end of the work day. On Saturday I cleaned out a closet which is a project that's been waiting on my "to do" list for sometime and I also got around to finishing a couple of incomplete household projects. I don't know how this works but it works.

I am not sure how it works. I was very please to sleep well the first night. The second day was able to stay up moving getting some chores completed that I had been putting off. I have Fibromyalgia and in pain most of the time. I was able to focus on more than my pain for change. That's major.

I bought this along with a very pretty silver one; this one seems to work better for remembering my dreams. I have no idea what else it does - the dreams are the only scale I can measure. I would choose not to be without it, though.

I was very disappointed when this came to me. The picture displays crystals and there were no crystals when it arrived. It is very plain and has a rubber edging so looks very masculine. On top of that, the energy from it feels very heavy. Would not recommend this purchase.

This is beautiful besides doing such a great job on pain. I have been wearing this to help with myalgia pain from Lyme Disease as well as Fibromyalgia I have had for many years. It generally gets rid of all or mist if the pain. I definitely recommend it.

Very pretty, I have been using it for about a week. Although I have yet to notice any change in my energy, I like it enough to wear without disappointment. The adjustable cord is a little bit of a pain though when adjusting to put on and take off.

The design is decent and attractive, but the "crystals" have been dropping like flies. I got this Friday and have lost 9 already. good thing they are cosmetic more than anything.
