Why did you pick this product vs others?:This computer was purchased to be a home theater media player and this review is based on that usage. It was marked way down because it's an older model, refurbished, and Microsoft has designated it ineligible to run Windows 11. Older PCs like this which are obsolete for desktop use are still very good at playing digital video, without needing dedicated sound or video cards.This PC's integrated graphics card has 2 Displayports and 1 HDMI connection. I have the 3 outputs connected to 2 big screen televisions in an extended desktop setup, playing 4K video at 60Hz with 5.1 surround sound, and it looks and sounds great. The only hiccup was that I couldn't get 5.1 audio out of the box because I was missing some driver files, but the Windows auto update feature solved that before I got around to fixing it myself. Great purchase for me at an outstanding price, and my usage of the machine won't be affected by any Windows 11 issues.

I am using this for a basic email and web surfer machine. It is very fast..... looks and runs like a brand new machine. Came with a new keyboard and mouse (not refurb) but the most basic cheap KB and mouse. The machine specs out exactly as advertised. Even came with CD/DVD player/ burner. The case is small form factor, so do not get it with the expectation of getting and doing a lot of upgrades. There is a PCI Express. There were NO unpleasant or unexpected surprises. Runs super quiet.... really not bad at all. Here is the deal as to why its so cheap for the most part. The copy of windows is an OEM version issued and licensed exclusively to Dell. You do not get a copy of Windows on disc with this machine, you get a hard drive with an image file on it ( the main drive has a partition on it) which is where the copy is located. You can do full factory restore from that partition and set the machine up like it was the day you got it and it will activate and be a legitimate copy/machine.... BUT it only works on the machine it shipped out with (or one just like it) Microsoft has almost reached the end of life with Win 10.... set for about Oct 2025. I ran the test to see if the machine would take win 11 upgrade and it says NO...however a Google search results many people saying they have run it just fine. The primary reason it fails is the processor. It is not in the recommended list of processors that Microsoft recommends for Windows 11. It passed on every thing else. And like I said there have been many folks who have said they have installed it (win 11) and it is running just fine with this very processor. In conclusion at this price it is almost basically a disposable cup...wait I mean PC, LOL.... you could just buy a new one every couple of years. Or you can do as I am going to and get the latest copy of Linux / Ubuntu Wilma and run that. (free for personal use) You can burn a copy that will boot and run from a USB drive if you want to try before installing (I have no affiliation with Linux or make any thing off this suggestion, its just something I personally like) Ok to end this, I have worked on/built computers for the last 30 + years and have quite a large knowledge base and I just can not find any reason to complain about this PC/purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I had to reach out to the seller for updates on shipping and they did indeed replied immediately. Secondly it arrived on time in good condition and though there’s a visible scratch on the top(or white paint not sure) there’s no visible dents on the pc. Set up was real easy and keyboard is extremely nice I had a mouse already so I will just use mine but I am glad for the one I got from Tek Refurbs. This is my first ever refurbished purchase from Amazon as I am about to begin my work from home journey and so far this pc hasn’t disappoint. I will be using it strictly for work so no games or songs will be downloaded on here however to be on the safe side I also ordered a two year extended warranty from Asurion. I will update you if I find any faults with this pc🥹💥11/5/2024 Update: This PC is still running great I have been having issues with the keyboard going in and out and when I contact the seller I was told that I am out of my 30day return policy and when I contact Asurion about the issue I was told to send the entire PC back instead of just the keyboard just to fix that simple issue. Now working from home you can see why that isn't an option for me and if I have know that this was what it would be like I wouldn't spend that extra money on no extended warranty. I am still here using the keyboard and will get another one soon. Apart from that as I said everything is working fine.

Don't buy from this seller. The Computer malfunctions after an hour usage and does not come on back after you have powered off. After a couple of hours to a day, it may come on again and shutdown after an hour of usage and the cycle repeats again. Amazon will tell you contact the seller and the inconvenience, is not worth it. I am still waiting on them to repond and lets see what happens. I purchased from other sellers and they worked perfect.

This compact computer is perfect for my needs. It fits right in this small spot I had reserved for it. There are factory installed programs that I find are mostly useful, like games and a program in which I can hook into my phone somehow. Obviously, I haven't tried to yet but I will get around to it. I especially like Dell products. They have never let me down. It's relatively lightweight and built solid. The WiFi connectivity was basically plug and play, and it is fast.
