Statuary Bronze Hinge, 3/4" (A) x 15/16" (B) x 2-1/2" (C), Pair

I will explain the title of my review. The hinges were ok, not great quality but acceptable for what I wanted them for. Some advice. If you have to order another set to match the set you got be sure to order from the same supplier. All "Statuary Bronze Hinges" this size are not the same from different suppliers. There are some subtle differences, and one of those differences can come back to bite you. One of the differences is the "finial" on the ends. They may not be the same and may not be what is pictured. The most critical element is the location of the screw holes. I got the "same" hinge from 2 different suppliers, the hinge looked identical to the one I had already ordered once, the photo of the hinge was identical. What I got was different ends, not a deal breaker, but the screw holes were slightly "off" from the first order to the second. I marked the placement of the hinges with one of the hinges for my cabinet. Well, two of the hinges were right on but the second set was way off. Took a while to figure out my mistake and notice the hole locations were different on the smaller two hole piece. The difference is small but critical when you want two opposing doors to meet in the middle and have the same overhang on the sides. I may have to make two new cherry doors because I cut off the sides a little to make them fit because I thought I had make a mistake and made them about 1/16 inch too wide. Well, that was a result of the hinges being different. Now the center gap is too large for my taste. Crum!

My hinges work spectacularly well. I wanted my masterpiece painting to be able to lift up on a wall to hide an unsightly thermostat. I adorn the walls of my humble abode with my creations, as well as many other art works. I easily attached the hinges within a couple of minutes. I even bough a couple of spares to have on hand for future projects. I like the color of my hinges. I would not hesitate to use these also on some of my own upcoming wood working projects I am lining up. Really not much to say besides they look nice like I anticipated and they work really well. This was a personal purchase. It was not discounted. I was not asked nor was I obligated to leave a review

This is a slick item. It's small, strong and in certain applications is almost invisible. Our linen closet in the hallway has a flush mount door that was framed by door molding to match all the other doors. The problem was that there was limited space for the hinge hardware - standard door hinges were too large and didn't work with a flush mount door. These hinges are very thin and do not require mortising (another plus). Because of their design, you have different ways to mount the hardware. In our case, we mounted to the wall and the inside of the door. Though it could have been accomplished with 3 hinges, we used 4 to be sure it was strong enough.(I wanted to include a photo but that option isn't currently available)

I've used these for about a dozen cabinets. They are good quality hinges for semi-concealed applications. Screw holes are countersunk nicely. Screws are just the right size, but be sure to pre-drill esp. hardwood. A little pricey but consistent good quality.

I used these hinges, two on each door, to attach relatively small 16"x10" doors to a cabinet I made. While the size and finish of the hinges are exactly what I was looking for, I'm a little disappointed in the amount of play the hinges have. Almost impossible to hang the doors to align perfectly because of the amount of movement the door has on the two adjoining pieces of the hinges, despite very secure mounting of the hinges themselves.

I used these to put a couple of 3/4" thick shaker doors on a 3/4" frame on a bookshelf (now cabinet) I built. They work perfectly, look great, and easily support the weight of the doors (which are admittedly made of light wood). I drilled pilot holes for each of the screws and they went in great. Zero complaints about any piece of it. I did have to use some WD-40, but that took all of 30 seconds.

Great hinges. Exactly as advertised!
