Was a perfect replacement for my broken Jabra head set I use for work. Works great, stays in place on my head and is comfortable.

I needed a new one earpiece headband when the rubber piece on the end of my original Jabra headband broke off. This headband is perfect. My microphone earpiece snapped right into place so it still fits on my charging base. It's new, so it's a little tight but I am sure with use, it will loosen up. I love the tab on the end of the headband, it makes it much easier to remove from my head after a call. I would recommend to anyone needing to replace their Jabra headband with the one earpiece.

A little irritating on the other end of the ear where it holds to your head (too stiff maybe). Had this about 2 months now and happy with it overall.

My Jabra 9400 headband came apart and had to be replaced. This is a perfect fit, without any issues whatsoever. Very comfortable and gave my headset a new lease on life.

The new model of this headset is better due to a new style head grip. I like it.
