Used it for pot roast, stew, and soups, so far.It has plenty of room for lots of fresh vegetables.Don't have to worry about it burning food on the bottom, it is no stick.It is so easy to clean.

A very nice pot for Chili or spaghetti sauce. Cleans up easily and the handles aren't in the way.

I have began frying chicken, pork chops, and fish in this pot. My chicken, chops, and fish come out looking more beautiful than when I used a cast iron pot and wok.I only wish I had gotten two of them because I see that these pots are currently unavailable. Wow! I can not say enough about this Dutch oven. It’s so pretty and everything I cook in it comes out wonderful. But the best part is the clean up. Absolutely no scrubbing at all. Just wipe and dry.
