False advertisement!
The blue ball belongs to a co-worker. It's 65 cm. The pink ball is what I ordered! It is FULL. Also, the pump looks NOTHING like the one in the picture. It comes with a tiny hand pump that leaks. There is NO way anyone can pump this ball up with THAT.The material feels cheaper and thinner that the blue one, which is several years old.I will be sending this ball back and purchasing better quality from an honest company!

Makes a great office chair
I am 6' 3'', 240 lbs. The 75 is the perfect size for my frame, when correctly inflated. I Have used this ball for about 5 years now as my primary office chair. After a long day at the computer my lower back and legs don't hurt, like they do in a normal office chair. It has dramatically improved my posture even when I occasionally sit in a normal chair. I get some goofy comments from my coworkers some times, but several of them have purchased their own ball and seen the benefits. The TKO is sturdier and more robust than several others I have seen. The only reason I had to get a new one after 5 years is it developed a leak and wouldn't hold air fully. I suspect I rolled over something sharp and small. But I feel like 5 years is a great investment for this ball. Can also be used for exercise throughout the day to break up the office routine. Highly recommend.

may need more than just 24 hours
I received the 65CM ball a little over a week ago. came with the pump and 2 plugs. I blew it up to what I thought was 80% of it's size since it was getting hard to blow more air in and I left it for 24 hours then blew it up again but I still had trouble getting air in it. I sat on it but found it was too small. So I checked the diameter and it was only 47CM. I was upset because I thought I had the same problem as other people about getting the wrong sized ball, maybe the sent me the 55CM. I am 4'11 and am actually supposed to have the 55CM ball but I was planning on using it to replace my desk chair.I sent an email to the company which have yet to respond. I kept using the ball anyway which seemed to be losing air so I kept blowing it up. A few days ago I checked the diameter again and saw it was at 54 and I blew it up again today and now it is at 58. So I think it will be a 65CM ball soon enough I just have to give it time. The only problems I have:1. The pump that they sent with it is trash, every time I pushed it down air escaped through the holes on the top at a fast rate. My husband tried fixing it and it worked for a couple pumps until I heard a rattling and air escaping again so I gave up on it and since I have no other pump I had to blow it up manually.2. The company has yet to respond to my email. I sent it almost a week ago and still nothing.3. because of the "leave for 24 hours before inflating to full size" directions I thought they may have given me the wrong ball. they need to change that.Other than that I am quite happy. so give it more time before taking action, it sucks but it is better than dealing with their customer support... and faster.EDIT July 5th 2012: it's a bit late but after finding out it could still be blown up more it took less than a week to blow it up to 65CM and it is working great! the company has yet to respond, i don't have a problem anymore but they don't know that so the service sucks so if you think the ball is the wrong size i still say try waiting before complaining, the ball may just need more time to stretch.2ND EDIT October 1, 2012: It is still going strong, no problems and it is a very good height for my computer area.

What's up with the smell?
Best advice I can give you? FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART EXACTLY. I'm 5'10" and I noticed that the size charts on stability balls said that 65cm balls were for people up to 5'11". I decided, I'm a big man, I'll go up to 75cm since i'm ALMOST 6 feet tall. Whoops The 75cm was HUGE and made it impossible to pull off some of the workout moves on P90X2 that i was supposed to be doing. So I ordered the TKO 65cm. It was cheaper and should help since it was a better size for me. After pumping it up and using it for a week, I've noticed it's started to a little air. I don't think it's really a leak, just daily strenuous use has made it a little deflated. I don't mind pumping a little more air into it each weekend. No big deal. One thing i cannot seem to get over: THE SMELL. This thing stinks of.. sewer? a paper mill? a dirty diaper? vinegar? It's rancid when it comes out of the box and after a week of use, it's still there. I have to put a towel on it when my face is nearby because otherwise I'll gag.
