Good filter. Easy to remove.
I buy this filter for my 2012 GSX-R750. The bike now has almost 60k miles on it and is going strong. The nut on the end is helpful to get the old stuck filter off and is 17mm just like the drain plug. Just don't over tighten it when you put the new one on.

Great for track use
Solid filter - Definitely check your torque specs as the round (not flat) rubber seal requires more torque to seal properly. For my track bike, I like the wire nut on top for a quick, fool proof, attachment

Trusted brand of aftermarket oil filters
Using this on a 1996 Suzuki intruder vs800. It does fit a few other v twins as well. Generally i go oem for air and oil filters, even on my lawn equipment but for my motorcycle it is a better choice. Cheaper and better flow than the oe filter. I have not done any testing myself as far as the flow rate but have seen many real life tests showing the difference plus i even think I have seen data from Hiflo that confirms this. Being that my bike has a wet clutch which means it uses the engine oil to lubricate the gearbox the hiflo filter makes for smoother shifting and less wear on the components. Of course using the correct oil is just as important but a constrictive filter negates the benefits of ahigh quality v twin synthetic oil. For the most part I don't recommend many aftermarket parts but this filter is one of the few exceptions. Its almost perfect. I only have one small gripe with this particular "racing" filter and that is the built in nut. It most likely is ok for installing the filter but I am hesitant to trust it when removing it. Just feels like it should be a bit more solid. Other than that, there is not a better filter made for my bike oem or aftermarket.

I have a 24 Suzuki gsxr 600 and I have always used these oil filters locally they are $17 and Amazon it was $10.50 awesome price and fast shipping

Best Motorcycle oil filter
This is the best filter in my opinion. It is built way better than most filters. And it catches alot of debris.
