Product Description ------------------- Make your own Kombucha with the Mad Millie Kombucha Kit using our live SCOBY which turns sweenteed tea into a delicious, fizzy beverage. Fermenting Kombucha yourself gives you the creative license to have as much or as little tart zing as you want. Add three black teabags and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove teabags and pour into your Mad Millie Jar. Cool to room temperature, you can check this by using the stick on thermometer included in your kit. Next, add your SCOBY and starter culture and cover the jar using the Musling Cloth and secure with an elastic band. Store for one week at room temperature, then from day 8 onwards you can taste test using a sterile spoon until the flavour is to your liking. Remove the SCOBY and 300mlof brew into another jar to resue for your next batch. Add 1.5 tsp of sugar to a sterilised 750ml Bottle. Pour in your kombucha leave to carbonate at room temperaturefor 2-3 days.
