Can the handle be removed from this caddy?

Yes, it comes with the handle unattached but you screw it on. I would not use it without the handle in place.

Will Mason jars fit in the cylinder?

The small ones maybe or an off brand but the cylinders are only about 3 to 4 inches around.

Great for camping!

I put our silverware in one slot, our coffee packets and little baggies of sweetener and condiment packets saved from fast food places in another and stack of napkins in the third so I just have to grab it out of the food box, slap it on the table and we’re set. Bring on the food baby!
