Browns the meat nicely
My daughter uses it regularly and recommended it to me. It browns the meat and chicken giving it a sweet crunch texture, no need to salt when using to marinate. It’s naturally healthier.

A very versatile molasses
I use this for baking an amazing date loaf with madjool dates, moist and delicious, I use oil instead of butter

Narrow bottle hard to pour
I really dislike the bottle it's so narrow and pours really slow ,difficult when a recipe calls for a teaspoon full!

Love the taste
Perfect ingredient for salad dressings. Lovely thick consistency that blends so easily with other ingredients. Very difficult to obtain in most supermarkets cannot understand why. Reasonably priced too.
