Brilliant printer
So been using this printer for over a week now and its perfect for what we do. The speed is fantastic. 10 %90 covered single sided a4 glossy 300gsm card stock printed in 40 seconds from clicking print. Card stock does curl due to the heat of printing but this is not a problem for us. If it is a problem for you then I found you could turn the card over and print nothing on the back... eg png with 100% transparency. This runs card through printer using no toner due to no colour but bends card back. Colours are brilliant apart from cyans. I have noticed a slight issue with these but I am sure the colour correction would help. Due to what we use it for (greeting cards) the colour is completely fine for us. If you are after 100% photo realistic images I could not comment as not tried. One issue I did notice is the bypass tray I use for the 300gsm yardstick is a bit floppy. does not lock into place and is loose. This resulted in a bit of frustration as after cutting our cards on an electric guillotine I noticed the images were slightly skewed when printed. On Cannon and epson machines you can use head alignment for this however this machine does not have a head alignment option. I finally solved the issue by taking extra care when placing the card stock in the bypass feeder. Once I did that the cards printed perfectly aligned. Also I will add that with my initial irritation about the skewed images I contacted Printer Land via amazon and they got back to me within minutes. Top quality support there.
