Boston LeatherFireman's Suspender, 1-1/2"

I was hesitant, I was never a big fan of leather suspenders. Yet after going through a few sets over the years I decided to give this one’s a try.Came out to be a great decision.They are sturdy, comfortable and snug.Definitely recommend.

These worked out great. Little flex at all

These are super nice, high quality suspenders that were recommended to me by my captain. As all leather products, they only get better with age. I’ve had them for about two months working 24/48 schedule and they are still not fully worn in. My only complaint is I would have bought longer ones. The regular size that goes to 6’ really only goes to 6’. If you’re 5’11” I would buy a size larger.

Two years and a couple fires later they still work great,, definitely a great buy

This is the second pair of these I’ve owned first pair lasted about 5 years of fairly heavy use (on and off 6-7 times a shift) for about 5 years. They had dried out and began to tear at the ring on the back so I ordered a new pair which is no problem 4-5 years was a little more than I expected out of suspenders. Will buy again in 4-5 more years quality seemed exactly the same as previous pair. Pay attention to how your gear attaches to suspenders you may need a hardware kit to adapt.

This is my second pair. First one lasted about 8 years before the leather tore on the loop fastener at the portion where the metal ring is located (the weakest point IMO). While it rendered them unusable till I could get them repaired. It was a simple fix with basic leatherworking tools. This didn't sway my decision to get another pair, considering I did nothing to treat the leather the entire time I owned them. I initially bought these while I was working as a firefighter in Alaska. No matter how much ice accumulated on my bunker gear these kept my pants from sagging. If you work in a colder climate I'd highly recommend these over the ones that come with your bunker pants.

The fit is perfect and it is a very high quality pair of suspenders.

Decent leather bunker gear suspenders. They're a little thinner than I had hoped but a lot of guys wear them and they seem to hold up well.I guess it doesn't specifically state this, but these are for firefighter bunker gear pants, not jeans or anything else. Make sure to check the attachment points as there are other models. I had to add some screw links from the hardware store to connect these to my lion bunker gear pants but no big deal.
