dont buy this its a scam
i bought this phone to replace my old lg slide phone. i use this for my kids or when i'm travelling and don't want to take a big smartphone along. the day i bought it with two day shipping i realized that it would come in four days for some weird reason. when it finally came i put in my sim card and downloaded my contacts but when i tried to make a phone call i realized that it didn't recognize my sim card which was weird because it worked for downloading my contacts. i tried connecting to WiFi but that didn't either work. so i going to return it not three hours after i got it. i also looked up this problem and it seems to be common with this phone.

Beautiful out of the box, but reminds of the JC Power award for "initial quality" (Chevy joke), product malfunctioned
Beautiful looking phone, appeared new, and when the sim card was first installed at the AT&T location, it worked! The design was lovely, the battery life long, and the settings intuitive (despite being a blackberry).After a few short days however, the phone could not recognize my carrier's service anymore. It could no longer receive or send calls, including emergency calls. It just read SOS in the top right corner where the bars are supposed to be. I spent two hours at my AT7T store where we tried everything, including the manufacturer's troubleshooting instructions and a second SIM card. Store technician was adamant it must have been the device itself which failed. I had to return it very disappointed.Please be wary and treat with care in case it is the innards which are easily damaged
