Great for layered fresh cream cakes

Did a little trial for tasting, softeness etc. The taste alright, it's texture is very soft like a cake should be. It's great if you want to make layered fresh cream cakes with it. Will not recommend if anyone wants to eat it without a frosting, ganache, icing of any kind.
