ReBalance After Birth Hormonal

OK, this is like a postpartum Grail because my husband even notice is a difference in my mood swings when I don’t take it and I notice a difference in myself I’m definitely a lot more calmer and hormonally balanced. My Doula recommended it to me and I’m still taking it six months postpartum. I love it so much.🩷

Those is an absolute must postpartum. It saved my sanity and helped keep me grounded. I could always tell when it was time to take more. So easy to use and doesn’t taste bad. I highly recommend this product. I will be using it after each birth!

BUY THIS!! I don’t even know how to necessarily explain this product but when I would start to feel like I was going to crash out postpartum, I would drink this and within five minutes I would feel centered again, calm, and ready to tackle the day.

I decided to try this product after 12 weeks had passed after a miscarriage and my cycle had not returned. My doctor recommended I setup an appointment for an ultrasound and office visit, but the earliest I could get an appointment was 6 weeks out. I’ve been stressed and worried that something was wrong so I decided to see if there was anything I could do to help my cycle return. I came across this product and saw a review where someone who had suffered a miscarriage said that it helped to balance their hormones after their miscarriage. Based on that review I decided to try this product. My cycle returned within 5 days of taking this product. While I’m unsure if my cycle returned solely because I started to take this product, I’m sure that it didn’t hurt.

Loved for postpartum

Amazing. I wish I knew about this for my two previous births. I’ve had hard emotional rollercoasters postpartum, but this really helped level out those peaks and I felt more ‘normal’. Yes, it tastes like tree bark. But I’d take it any day over the emotional weirdness postpartum. It has an almost instantaneous effect too. 100% recommend.

This did seem to take the edge off. After a few days I noticed I was not as emotional. I still had bad dreams, however. After about a week I did notice a mood improvement, but there was a day I didn’t take it and I experienced a mental crash where my sad feelings intensified. The taste is strong because of the alcohol, but I’ve gotten used to it. I reordered another bottle so I can keep taking it for a few more weeks.

Super helpful… I wish I had gotten it sooner in my previous pregnancies.. those first few weeks and even in months after having a baby are tough to navigate through… I’d find my self just agitated and ended up with consistently getting frustrated around the time I was finally feeling well enough to make dinner but when my husband would come over to talk to me I would get irritated and defensive and I guess it was just a little too much too soon .. but I’d get like that and go take a minute.. and then take a couple skirts of this directly under my tongue and would feel my nerves just calm down and I could just exhale again.. helps like a cup of chamomile tea but maybe even a little more? I saw girl that said she used even until 8 months post and I think it’s a b great idea if things start to feel a little more strained .. really helpful.. sharing with the moms and family I know
