We really like this product.The setup was a breeze and it feels sturdy once items are on it. Great for a minimalist wardrobe or a small space.Setup - approximately 20 minutes following the manual. I'd say having a hex key screw driver or drill will make it even more efficient.Build - it's good quality build and I especially love the lower shelves for boxes or shoes that may be around. Really thoughtful design, with a small footprint in the room. The materials themselves feel a bit weak, but once put together it feels good.Overall - first day with the new unit after setup and so far so good. I would recommend it today and I am even thinking about getting another set.

At first it seemed like I had picked the perfect one first try. Only to find out that it has no balance on its own so when I started putting clothing on the rack, it began to sway back and forth until it ultimately fell and snapped in half to the point where I can no longer repair it and have to buy a new one

I give this review 4 stars because of the way the company helped us when we had issues with the rack. The bottom storage part of the rack is sturdy and quite useful but the top rod part where you hang the clothes was quite flimsy and the metal pole broke soon after the 30 day return policy ended but UDEAR was very gracious and courteous in sending us a new one and for that I would recommend this product. Just be careful how much you put on the rack. Love all the hooks on the sides of the rack too. Hope in the future they will make the clothes rack sturdier like the bottom. Thank you UDEAR

I used this rack for my tshirts. Strictly t shirts and shoes that you can see. I didn’t have this a full month and it broke, the bar that connects to the base of the rack would always lean forward and after about 2-3 weeks of holding on for dear life, it snapped. Again only with t shirts on it. I realized that this is very poorly designed and if you’re expecting one small bar to hold everything that hangs then you’re a fool, much like me. I didn’t even bother contacting them for a replacement because its Not the fault of the product, it’s the fault of the design and I don’t want to go through this constantly. My recommendation, there are some better choices on Target and for a great price that hold more weight and look much sleeker, well put, and won’t bend, tilt, lean, wobble, or anything of such. I wouldn’t recommend buying this if you plan on using this daily. Get something better.

Product is a nice color and looks like it will likely serve its purpose well. You can tell the hooks will not hold anything heavier than an empty purse so I wouldn't recommend using it to store purses that you're currently using. They'd be great for scarves, belts and such. Assembly was more tedious than predicted, the smaller allen wrench provided was too small and if that happens to you any metric set should have the right size on it, that's what we used and were able to complete installing the hooks. My biggest complaint however is that one of the poles was drilled incorrectly and you end up with two on top of each other instead of staggered like it should be, and is on the other side, picture included illustrates what I mean. Also, the top piece does not click into place and kept popping off, a few drops of super glue later and it's hanging in there like a champ. All in all, I do think for the price it's acceptable but I wouldn't have paid a penny more and been satisfied with it.

I was looking for something that could hold a lot of the stuff that I would usually put in a coat closet and still look nice since I have limited space in my 1 bedroom apartment, and this is perfect! It was super easy to assemble as well! It wobbles a little bit when you push on it, but it’s still very sturdy and holds a lot of stuff without falling over or leaning. The bottom part sits off the ground just a little bit, so I was also able to slide a plastic shoe tray under it!

I had one of those closet organizers in my bedroom closet, those metal racks that look study but when they give under pressure, they rip the Sheetrock out of the wall, along with the screws and metal struts. All of a sudden I heard a noise in my condo that I couldn’t figure what it was. As I made my way around my condo, I found a whole rack of clothes and the shelves above it all over my closet floor. My husband told me we are not fixing this, we will find some sort of replacement. So I ordered this metal clothes rack. It didn’t look like much in the box, but it was fairly easy to put together. It arrived the next day. I also ordered some thin lightweight new hangers. Well, what a pleasant surprise! My photo shows 47 of my blouses and lightweight sweaters on this new rack. I put my heavier things on the other racks that were still attached to the Sheetrock. I purchased 50 new hangers and used all but 3. Yes, my tops are fairly lightweight, but there are 47 items hanging on my new rack. I will be careful not to overload my new clothes rack, but as this point, I am very happy with my purchase.

I read the reviews and they seemed hit or miss, so I thought I'd give this a shot. For $40, this is not a very good deal at all. The assembly was "easy" except the whole structure is wobbly and the hooks don't stay on. The screws don't fit in some of the holes and there are no instructions and not enough screws. The screws that I used to try to get the hooks to stay on the pole don't screw in all the way, or they are just loose in the hole.I don't think this rack is capable of holding too much weight. It looks nice until you get close to it and see that it's not quite as well put together as you think.
