Underwhelming initially but, it grows on you.
This sensor arrived quickly. The battery was completely dead. It took more than 5 hours to indicate a 3/4 charge. Compared to a finger pluse ox I am using the indications are way off. Blood pressure should be taken at heart height...again way off. The software that is downloaded to run this alongside a smart phone fails to 'bind'. I tried on two phones. Additionally, the software set off three different anti-virus programs that listed it as Malware. So, I have figured out how to pair it with a phone. The software is generic an easy download from the Google Play store. I have had it operating for some time on an old ZTE smart phone that I use without a sim card (for security). It updates a record every hour on the half-hour. the blood pressure function runs low by 10-16 on both systolic and diastolic. Distance traveled and steps taken indicated are less than the distance I travel but, I am able to formulate fudge factors for better accuracy. For twelve dollars and formulating 'fudge factors' its a useful monitoring tool.

Good customer service
The two that it worked it was amazing , it checked my pulse and blood pressure ,besides the other features.The app sincronized very well in my phone , until it did not charge anymore , and I got an error in my phone .Unfortunately I had to return them. I already got my refund, thank you for making it so easy .

Too confusing. Wouldn't buy it again.
The instructions were not in english! Finally fig out how to get it set up & synced with my phone. The battery died after a few weeks & the date & time changed & I cant figure out how to get it reset correctly.I would not buy this product again.

It got broken after a week of using ! My cousins also order them, and brake also . Do not buy it

Do NOT buy it
The USB is not in the package. The instructions are difficult to understand. I am so upset! I ordered this thinking about the need to track oxygen and blood pressure during COV-19 and this is what I get after waiting a couple of weeks?

Did not charge again after it died the first time.. I would like a repayment or my money back!

The step counter counts more steps than you take
I bought this for my husband. It keeps falling off and the step counter is not accurate.
