Not knowing the Predator mounting hole dimensions ahead of time, came back to bite me in the end. I replaced a Kohler engine with a Predator. The Predator is wider, side to side; but narrower, front to back. Without doing my research, I ordered the "adapter" plate. Apparently, there's an engine more narrow than the Predator. I'll give it 2 stars. It's metal and sturdy.
