Great for a low-carb diet
I don't eat these noodles because I like them, but because I have type 2 diabetes and have to keep carbohydrates low. These noodles come packed in liquid that smells a bit fishy, but one drained and cleaned they are fine and useful for adding bulk to stir fries and soups. I use them for both. I liked these noodles as they are quite thick. They also provide plenty of fibre. Brilliant for people who want to have noodle dishes but have to keep the carbohydrates down.

Well worth the money. These dont't have the nasty fishy smell like many others which is caused by Calcium hydroxide. Always check the Ingrediens for this forming agent.

Great Product for Keto
Don't leave many reviews but these are great. Keep in cupboard and good use by dates. Quick to prepare and you can mix with so many sauces or spices, even made my own Keto version of a curry pot noodle. Delivered next day and a great price.

Great pasta substitute
Great product! No fishy smell and ideal with your favorite sauce. Recommend though not as thick as real udon noodles.
