Not exactly. You won't see "Carl Zeiss * T". It really says "ZEISS * T"

Q: Authentic zeiss filter? will this work well on my nikon d780 full frame lens? it is 77mm.

Yes it will. I use it on a Nikon 28 - 70mm 2.8 lens and D3x camera.

Q: Does this filter have rear and front threads? to attach polarizing filter on top of UV filter?
