The QEP Floor Scraper and Stripper with an 8” wide razor and adjustable handle proved to be a game-changer for my floor renovation project. The wide razor blade made quick work of removing old adhesive, stubborn paint, and other debris from the surface. The adjustable handle provided ergonomic comfort and allowed me to tackle both small and large areas with ease. I was particularly impressed by the durability of the tool; it withstood the pressure and impact without any signs of wear. The design allowed for efficient scraping without damaging the underlying floor. The replaceable blades are a convenient feature, ensuring that the scraper maintains its high performance over time. At the end of the day this wasn't the right tool for the job I was doing but if you need a heavy-duty stripper this is built relatively well. My only complaint is as I was scrapping the floor I kept twisting the handle loose as I worked edges and corners. You really have to torque that handle down for it to stay locked even for regular use too.

Head/blade doesn’t stay tightened and falls off easily

Does not stay together. It comes as 2 pieces that twist to stay extended. Not like screw threads. This is the worst design for something that is made to scrape stuff off of a floor. It will not stay extended. I may try supergluing it together where it twists together.

I love how easy the floor stripper works and I mainly used mine to remove all baseboards in our home remodel. The floor stripper just has so many uses and I like having that option especially with all the various work we are currently working on. I like how the tool is adjustable and I’m able to sit on my rolling stool to work with using floor stripper. This tool paid for itself in no time.

Want to remove capret staples? this is your tool. Only wish I new sooner. Just make sure you filp the blade and not use the sharp side.

No more knee pads or bending over. Great product, well made and sturdy.

Good tool to scrape out the epoxy paint flakes on the floor easily, it's definitely recommended.

Pour décoller un revêtement de vinyle plutôt coriace au plancher. Ça ne fonctionne pas.
