yes, my grandson was thrilled to be able to use it for magic tricks and his hand is very small

How small can they curl into? Small enough to hide between fingers?

Depends on the size of your hand. I think, yes, you could curl them down to a size that would fit between the fingers of an average hand, however, I can not see how you could hold them there without them popping out.
