The dogs love this liver treat - it's their most favorite ever. We use it to spread onto a licky mat and it distracts even our most paranoid dog during grooming enough that the groomer can clip his nails. So far we haven't had any problems with it causing stomach upset or poo issues (and one dog definitely has a sensitive stomach, so yay for that!). The ingredients are very easy to read and understand. I like that there's not a lot in there that I don't know what it is. The price has gone up recently and I can't say it's a good value for this size tube at that price, but I can't say no when the dogs love their liver pâté treat. My only complaint is that getting it out of the tube is stupidly difficult, and at the price they have it at, I want every last drop, so I usually cut the tube open with scissors and scrape the last of it out. Really wish they would put this in a jar situation. We will keep buying it tho because the positives outweight the negatives.

We have a 16 year old yorkie who take medication twice a day. We usually use sliced turkey but she often turns her nose up. This paste is fantastic. She took the pills with the paste with no problems. Only issue is that the tube is only good for 10 days after opening. I think it will go bad before we use it all. Great product!!!!!

Dog loves it and it’s a nice work around for our dairy and nut allergies. It IS hard to squeeze from the tube after refrigeration but if you leave it out for 10-20 minutes before use it’s just fine. Love it. I will buy it up !!

HORRIBLE!!!! My dog got so sick after a couple days of this treat to take her pills… diagnosed with campylobacter… horrible diarrhea… nausea.. this was the only new product and new digestive component to her everyday life. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I have 3 of the pickiest dogs & they all love this liver paste & is healthier than some others as this has limited ingredients. Only suggestion I would have is if it came in a more pliable tube instead of the aluminum which is cold & not very workable. When it gets toward the end, it is hard to get the paste to come out. Other than that, pills go down a lot easier because they like it so much. Thank you for a great product

All of my dogs love these and they are very picky. Needed an alternative to squeeze cheese and pill pockets that also did not have chicken in it. My dogs love it! It stinks which my dogs love and less sodium than processed squeeze cheese. Highly recommend for small dogs with distinguished palates 😆

One of my old dogs is on numerous meds several times a day and there are times that he just doesn't want to take anything I offer him. Cheese is usually taken but I worry about the fat and milk content. This liver paste has changed pill time, he takes his meds readily and really enjoys it; in fact he'll come tell me it's pill time if I'm not paying attention to the clock. I've not had any problems with the tube (although it does take more pressure than the average toothpaste tube) and I have arthritis in my hands. Give it a try, both my dogs love it. I may have spoken too soon about the tube. My second tube is extremely hard to manipulate and a real battle to get the product out of. I'll get a third because the dogs love it so much and if I have to will slice it open and scoop it into a jar. It would be really nice if the maker put it into a jar instead of this heavy tube! Anyone with really weak or painful hands won't be able to use this.

Awful packaging. It was very hard to use, and the tube felt like it was only half full. The size of the tube doesn’t match the amount of paste inside.

I bought this as a treat for my dog, mainly to use on lick mats and other food toys. There's nothing artificial in it and my dog seems to love it. Once opened it must be refrigerated and used within ten days. Ingredients listed on the tube are: Fresh Pork 53%, Fresh Pork Liver 40%, Broth, Rapeseed oil, Parsley. My dog (and my cats for that matter) love this stuff. It looks and smells meaty and they're always really keen to eat it. It works well on a lick mat, and it's easy enough to spread even though it's quite a thick paste. My only gripe with this product is the packaging because it's very stiff. As someone who suffers with mild arthritis in my fingers, I find the stiffness of the tube coupled with the thickness of the Liver Paste make it quite hard work to squeeze the food out. I often find I have to use two hands to get a decent amount out, or lay the tube on the worktop and press down on it for extra pressure. I've also found that as the tube empties out, it can occasionally perforate which is not ideal for the freshness of the remaining paste. My hubby finds it much easier to squeeze the paste from the tube than myself but even he admits that it's a bit tough. Having said that I would purchase this Liver Paste again as an occasional treat because my dog really loves it.
