Why most reviews point out that their bottle had only half or less than half the amount of liquid?!

Loctite 271 is an anaerobic sealant, which means it works in the absence of air. If the bottle was completely filled with no air, it would harden inside the sealed container. The bottle needs to be half empty in order for the product to still be a usable liquid when it reaches the consumer. Most reviewers are ignorant of this, and many other facts.

What is the expiration date?

The two bottles I purchased have an expiration date of 4/2024. it has a shelf life of 2 years unopened and 1 year after openiing.

If you won;t something threaded to stay locked down this is it

It will take heat to remove your nut or bolt if you apply this to the threads. I repaired two hose reels and used this to lock the swivel fittings where they screw into the o-rings and the frame . When you wind the hose or unwind, the fittigs don't come apart. Also works well on anything bolted down making it theft resistant . I have used 271 for years to stop unwanted looseing of nuts and bolts.
