Did the job!
I bought this endoscope to troubleshoot drainage problems in my yard. I had two gutter drains that were backing up and wanted to find out precisely where the problem was so I wouldn't have to dig up the whole yard. The camera did what it was supposed to when I checked the lines from both ends. I saw no issues as far as the flexible cable could reach inside one of the lines, except accumulated water and dirt, from lack of proper drainage. I ended up replacing the entire line and during the digging process, saw the corrugated pipe was not only collapsed, but packed with dirt. The other line looked intact, but full of debris, in need of serious cleaning. I rigged up a nozzle to my garden hose and fed it through the pipe. The water jet did the trick and opened up the line. An upgraded LED cluster would be a nice feature as I thought the images were not bright enough. It did save me a lot of work by identifying the problem at least in one pipe.

Wouldn’t stay connected (Updated Review) Great Company
It would not stay connected to the phone. It worked for a few hours and wouldn’t work after that. (Update) This company sent us a new one free of charge after they had refunded us our money. So far it has worked great. We have been using it for about a week now. I really appreciate the customer service. I believe this is a very good product that we must have has a little bad luck with. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

Drain pipe and dryer inspectionI'm so glad we purchase thisI know we will use the item for my dryer and keeping lint from causing a fire. I think every home owner should have one as part of their safety

Easy to use
I’ve used it for A/C and after several minutes of practice, it is not hard to figure out what direction to go and detect. It did give me clear view from inside which helped my cleansing work. It would be better if the manual could provide more good use case for this product.

Quick setup
Very easy to connect, app works well. More information regarding adaptors would be nice. Skimpy directions, but intuitive.

First item had an issue with led but received replacement in timely manner. Quality picture.
