Absolutely Useless.
We picked up one of these recently, it can't even slice a banana without ripping and "jamming". It's almost impossible to clean and the hard gaurd is utterly useless, it shreads the food before you can apply enough force to get the food item over the blade..

cuts well
this product is sleek looking. I like everything about it except the hat that holds the product. as you get closer to the blade with lets say a potatoe you get black plastic shavings from the hat. We've tried different techniques. Same result. It seems to be too much hat or something.

VERY Easy To Use!
